Every conversation at Posidonia seemed to come back to the same challenge. How do you keep operations running efficiently while managing increasingly complex assets, maintaining compliance and passing valuable knowledge on to the next generation of engineers?
Over several busy days, we met ship owners, operators, engineering companies and technology partners from across the world. All looking for practical ways to improve the way work gets done.
One theme came up again and again. Businesses aren’t looking for more technology for technology’s sake. They’re looking for digital solutions that make work simpler for frontline teams, improve visibility for managers and help ensure every task is completed safely, consistently and efficiently. Whether the conversation was about planned maintenance, inspections or day-to-day operations, the focus was always on making work easier without adding complexity.
Knowledge retention was another recurring topic. As experienced engineers retire and skilled labour becomes harder to replace, preserving operational knowledge has become a priority for many maritime businesses. Capturing expertise, standardising best practice and making that knowledge available at the point of work is no longer simply about improving training. It’s becoming essential for maintaining safe, efficient operations.
We were also delighted to showcase the latest developments in WorkfloPlus: Projects. Which brings planning and work execution together in one platform. The response reinforced something we’ve been hearing across many industries: businesses don’t want another standalone system. They want technology that fits naturally into the way their teams already work. While providing better visibility from planning through to completion.

It was fantastic to spend the week meeting existing customers, introducing WorkfloPlus to new businesses and discussing the future of connected frontline operations.
Most of all, thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us. The conversations we had reinforced that, while technology continues to evolve, the priorities remain the same. Helping frontline teams work safely, consistently and efficiently while giving businesses greater confidence in the way work is carried out. Those conversations continue to shape the future of WorkfloPlus, and we’re already looking forward to returning to Posidonia. The ideas we took away from Posidonia will continue to shape the way we develop WorkfloPlus in the months ahead.
