At each task, they can follow clear digital work instructions and capture photos, videos, measurements, signatures and notes as they go.

If someone finds an issue, they can log it as part of the work. The details and evidence stay with the job, rather than having to be added from memory later.
When the job is complete, the information is brought together in a job report. Teams can see what was done and what was found along the way.
Keep working when connectivity is limited
Work doesn’t always happen somewhere with a reliable connection. Users can continue with supported jobs offline, then synchronise the captured information when their device reconnects.
