Usually with a chat. Either you get in touch with us, or we reach out to you. There’s no lengthy application process. We’ll have a call, get to know your business, and work out together whether it’s a good fit. If it is, we move quickly.
Not at all. We provide full sales and product training as part of onboarding, and we’ll support you through your early customer conversations. You don’t need to know the product inside out before you start — that’s what we’re here for.
Most partners are ready to demo WorkfloPlus to customers within a few weeks of starting the onboarding process. And until you’re fully confident, our sales or customer success team will join you in those early customer meetings, so you’re never walking into a demo unprepared. We’ll step back when you’re ready, not before.
It’s structured around three tiers — Approved, Gold, and Platinum — with the level of support and investment from us growing as your WorkfloPlus business grows. The specifics are something we work through together depending on your situation. The short version: the more we grow together, the more we put in.
Absolutely! Our network already spans 15 countries, from India to Finland to Asia Pacific, and we’re actively looking to grow further. WorkfloPlus is available in multiple languages and we’re used to working across time zones. We’re particularly keen to expand in North America right now, but we’re open to conversations from anywhere.
It’s a great starting point. WorkfloPlus has been built for RealWear devices from day one, so if you’re already selling RealWear hardware you’re talking to exactly the right customers. Many of our partners came to us through that route and it tends to be a natural conversation to have.
