WorkfloPlus on RealWear was built to help individuals complete tasks: a single process, completed step by step with clear, hands free guidance.
Now, those individual tasks can be brought together within a Job.
On the device, the experience remain the familiar and simple to use, but frontline workers can now see a Job with multiple tasks sitting underneath it. Instead of seeing each task in isolation, they have a clearer view of the work they need to complete as part of the wider Job.
They can work through each digital workflow, capturing the information and evidence required as the work happens. Once the work is completed, a job report is generated automatically, creating an instant record of what was done.
Better Prepared Work Means Better Outcomes
The bigger changes sit behind the frontline experience.
Office teams can create and manage tasks and Jobs, schedule and assign work, manage recurring activity and organise larger pieces of work into Projects.
That means work can reach the frontline with the right instructions, information and supporting material already in place.
Completed work can then be reviewed, issues can be tracked and office teams have a clear record of who did what, when and how the work was completed.
