WorkfloPlus is produced by Intoware Ltd; at Intoware we are we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of the contacts we make, this privacy policy explains how we will use information we collect in a business & sales context.


Either you are already a customer of Intoware or at some stage you or your organisation have expressed an interest in one of our WorkfloPlus products or the associated services that we offer. Either way we’re keen to carry on the conversation around the ways in which WorkfloPlus could be of benefit to your business.

How we will use your personal information

We store your information and make it available to our sales team. That information is likely to include your name, role, company and contact information (typically your email address, office address and contact telephone number) as well as a record of any conversations or contact we have had with you. We’ll retain your information for as long as we believe there is the potential to continue the conversation around WorkfloPlus’ application within your organisation, unless you request otherwise (more information on your rights is provided below).

Looking after your data

We won’t share your information with any third parties, unless you have expressed an interest in one of our partner organisations and consented to us making an introduction to that partner. Protection of your data is provided by both our IT system security features and our own Data Protection Policy. Some of our IT encompasses data storage with US vendors and US data centres, but only those that are compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield.

Website analytics

We use web analytics tools provided by service partners such as Hubspot to collect information about how you interact with our website or mobile applications, including what pages you visit, what site you visited prior to visiting our website, how much time you spend on each page, what operating system and web browser you use and network and IP information. We use the information provided by these tools to improve our Services. These tools place persistent cookies in your browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website. Each cookie cannot be used by anyone other than the service provider (ex: Hubspot). The information collected from the cookie may be transmitted to and stored by these service partners on servers in a country other than the country in which you reside. Though information collected does not include personal data such as name, address, billing information, etc., the information collected is used and shared by these service providers in accordance with their individual privacy policies.
