As we move into Summer, and with a UK election in the news, it is a time of change and growth. That is no different for Intoware as we see continued growth in the usage of WorkfloPlus – with two customers now running well over 14,000 jobs a month. Providing not only increased productivity and efficiency but also evidential capture for compliance needs.
I mentioned in the last newsletter that we have increased our communications thanks to a new podcast and we continue to add new episodes. It’s very pleasing to see the audience number growing! If you have a view on a topic that you would like to see us tackle, or maybe take part in, then please get in touch.
We also welcomed people to our first show of the year at DTX Manchester – and this was despite a heavy outburst of Manchester weather. It is always great to meet people face-to-face and discuss the business outcomes they are trying to achieve and how Intoware can help them.
Earlier this quarter we welcomed our new NED – John Higgs. You can read more about John in this newsletter, and we are sure his experience will help drive Intoware forward.
We have mentioned before our approach to helping new customers with our Engage – Design – Deploy model. As part of our assistance to customers we are now working on templates that enable a quicker deployment in certain activities – we appreciate that each implementation can be unique, but having a template starter can assist in speed of design to deploy.
I am always pleased to see customers use our services in the real world. Just in the past few days I saw one of our infrastructure customers providing road repairs and witnesses their workers accessing WorkfloPlus to support them in this activity. The journey was to get a new tyre fitted which was manufactured by one of our customers who use WorfloPlus in one of their European manufacturing plants. So Intoware, through our customers, is helping more people move this summer – amongst many other areas we can provide support.
