Purpose of the Role

Due to growth and customer demand, we have created an important new sales role and are looking for a successful and capable business development specialist to come and join our growing business.

We champion our Customers, so if you too feel that way, and might be itching for a new adventure in the very current and fast-growing digital/VR/AR tech marketplace, then we would love to hear from you!

Set up in 2016, we are a highly ambitious group of people with some fabulous developers, inspired designers, creative data scientists and solution specialists who have created, from what our customers and partners seem to feel, one of the best Digital Work Instruction software solutions available, bridging over into the AR / VR & Assisted Reality tech space.

Focusing on the Enterprise Industrial space, we are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and successful solutions sales specialist to help us grow our revenues by winning new contracts and new customers, bringing our solutions to the Industrial Enterprise marketplace, helping them deliver their digital transformation journey.

Whilst the UK is your primary focus, our customers are often international businesses, so some travel will be likely. You would ideally be based from our Nottingham Office, but, location is not critical. It’s your capability, experience, determination to succeed and your personality that count the most.

We would like you to have an Enterprise Software / SaaS / Technology Solutions new business sales background and really need someone who’s a customer champion, a problem solver, networker, a creative soul with an entrepreneurial, can-do spirit who can help further accelerate our revenue growth.

Working Practices and Relationships:  

  • Ability to work with a varied team.

  • Working with different clients across different time-zones.

  • Engage with developers, testers and managers to support work requirements.

  • Work as part of an agile team and communicate progress and regularly present at different levels.  Have the flexibility to work with different sets of stakeholders – business and technical.

  • Be driven within a technology-led organisation that delivers the business requirements.
