Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Executive

Remote Based Part-time Job Opportunity

We are looking for an Appointment Setter/Lead Generation Executive to join the team and play a key role in building relationships with prospective customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with a great product in an expanding marketplace. Intoware develops Software as a Solution platforms that enable companies to digitise paper-based processes to carry out maintenance, inspections, checks and other procedures via web, mobile and wearable technology. We are a modern employer which offers flexible remote working as well as a fantastic office on the University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus for those who prefer to work onsite.

Responsible for:

Your role will be to assist the marketing and sales teams by proactively seeking out new opportunities and arranging product demonstrations. As well as building an ongoing relationship with contacts via the telephone and by email until they are ready to view the product, you will also make use of automated contact systems, social media and other channels to build relationships with companies who would benefit from Intoware’s products.

  • You will love talking to people and have the ability to build trust over the telephone
  • You will have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • You will be a confident, enthusiastic self-motivated person driven by results.
  • You will enjoy building relationships and working with others to meet objectives.
  • You will be tenacious and enjoy tracking down information that may lead you to a prospect.


  • Working within a customer facing role.
  • Previous experience of a CRM system.
  • Previously experience in a sales role would be advantageous.
  • Business-to-business experience would be advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

  • £21,000 - £23,500 pro rata
  • Part Time - 16-24 hours per week
  • Flexible working (core hours but flexibility)
  • Remote working with an office available (infrequent team meet ups)
  • 26 days of holiday pro-rata (rising to 30 days with service) - plus public holidays
  • Car parking at the office
